The Chief Academic Officer (CAO) will report directly to the President and CEO and will play a crucial role in providing vision and strategic direction for our client's academic, training, and research initiatives. This includes overseeing the Center for Applied Psychological and Family Studies at Northwestern University, as well as ensuring excellence in academic programs, fellowship and training initiatives, curriculum development, and research functions. The CAO will also be responsible for aligning these efforts with our client's mission, strategic priorities, and academic partnerships.In addition to overseeing the academic enterprise, the CAO will also provide executive leadership to ensure that education, research, faculty development, and innovation are all advancing our client's strategic mission. This role requires a strong background in academic leadership, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to drive excellence and innovation in academic programs. The CAO will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our client's academic initiatives and ensuring that they are in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
