The Dean of the Graduate School at Coastal Carolina University will be responsible for leading and advancing the university's graduate education programs in alignment with its mission and values. Reporting to the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs, the Dean will play a key role in shaping graduate education across the institution and will be a strategic partner in the Provost's leadership team. The Dean will oversee a team of five staff members, including the Associate Dean, Marketing Coordinator, Enrollment Coordinator, Student Success Coordinator, and Administrative Coordinator/Budget Manager.The ideal candidate for this position will be a visionary and collaborative leader who is dedicated to student-centered education. They will have a strong understanding of higher education administration and a proven track record of success in leading graduate programs. The Dean will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and reputation of the university's graduate programs, as well as fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the Graduate School.
