The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at our client is responsible for providing leadership and oversight to physicians, nurse practitioners, and dentists to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical care. Reporting to the Executive Vice-President, Clinical Service Delivery (EVP) and the Vice President of Medical and Academic Affairs (VPMAA), the CMO works closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the human, financial, and material resources necessary to support the hospital's goals and vision. The CMO also plays a key role in promoting a culture of innovation and intellectual research within the organization, holding executive accountability for research programs.In addition to overseeing medical programs and services, the CMO collaborates with other leaders across the campus to ensure integration and continuity of care for patients. As the most senior medical leader within the organization, the CMO is responsible for upholding the highest standards of medical care and ensuring that all programs meet quality benchmarks. The CMO works in partnership with the COO to provide strategic direction and support for the hospital's mission, policies, and vision, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the organization.
