The Vice President, Child Care Operations will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for our client's licensed early years and school-age child care programs across the province. This role involves overseeing a large, complex portfolio of 150+ sites in diverse communities, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, inclusive programs. The Vice President will establish clarity in the operational model, drive consistency in program delivery, and support local teams in meeting the unique needs of their communities.In addition to overseeing program delivery and regulatory compliance, the Vice President will lead the ongoing evolution of a unified provincial framework for our client. They will be responsible for strengthening systems, processes, and performance measures to support the organization's growing portfolio and ensure long-term financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned operator and people leader, capable of bringing structure, efficiency, and clarity to a multi-site environment while fostering a supportive and engaged culture among staff.
