Description

the client is seeking a Global Vice President of Retail Sales to lead commercial performance across its retail showroom network and virtual sales channels. This role will own revenue growth, client development, and luxury experience excellence, combining strategic leadership with hands-on operational engagement to shape an omnichannel approach while guiding regional leadership and store teams toward ambitious sales and productivity targets.

Key responsibilities include owning annual and quarterly sales targets; driving comparable store sales, conversion, average transaction value, client retention, and store productivity; and leading, coaching, and developing regional and store leadership to build a high-performance luxury sales culture. The vice president will strengthen clienteling and appointment-based selling through CRM-led client development to grow lifetime client value, and will partner cross-functionally to integrate the online and showroom customer experience. The role also involves developing and executing a multi-year commercial strategy, including new store openings and additional growth opportunities, while managing budgets, labor productivity, profitability, and forecasting aligned with inventory planning.

The ideal candidate brings multi-location retail leadership experience in fine jewelry, diamonds, or the luxury sector, with prior regional or multi-store responsibilities that stay close to day-to-day store operations. The profile is expected to be highly analytical and commercially astute, with the ability to instill clienteling discipline and CRM rigor, and strong familiarity with high-touch luxury selling environments. Experience with omnichannel or e-commerce-enabled retail organizations is preferred, along with excellent communication, leadership, and operational management skills.
