The Global Sales Director at Modine will be responsible for shaping the global sales organization and driving commercial development and growth. This role involves developing a scalable commercial model and implementing the global sales agenda in alignment with our client's ambitions in critical infrastructure and industrial segments. Reporting to the GM Global Power & Process, the Global Sales Director will influence our client's go-to-market strategy, contribute to the company's growth journey, and build strong relationships with senior decision-makers globally. This position also involves developing the strategic direction and culture of an international sales function, leading a team of around 25 people, and setting the framework for structured sales methodologies and data-driven decisions.The Global Sales Director will work closely with the Product organization, coach an international team of direct reports, and be based in either the Ostergotland region, The Mlardalen region, or the Gothenburg region. Regular international travel is required for this role, reflecting the global impact and scope of responsibilities. The head office is located in Soderkoping in Ostergotland, and the Global Sales Director will play a key role in driving our client's continued development and growth in the global market.
