Description

The client is hiring a Global Marketing Director/VP to help lead and develop a premium skincare brand with the objective of building it into a widely recognized, desired worldwide brand. The role will also support the potential development of a diverse organic portfolio of new indie brands, expanding brand presence through concept, innovation, and product growth.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing the global marketing team spanning brand and product development, and steering the brand with a global, data-driven, consumer-centric approach that balances strategic consistency with innovative, disruptive momentum. The role will develop new concepts, innovations, and products for the core brand and potential new indie brands; accelerate go-to-market strategies through internationalization and omni-channel distribution; and drive strategies for key international markets as well as home markets in central Europe.

The director will optimize innovation, development, and go-to-market processes, including creative and brand-appropriate communication across online and offline channels such as cross-media, trade marketing, store design, and events. Additionally, the role will support development of a complete customer journey across online, offline, and omni-channel touchpoints. Requirements include director-level marketing experience (typically 5–10 years) across branding, product development, digital, and innovation management; strong knowledge of global skincare marketing and retail markets; basic familiarity with skincare development, ingredients, and packaging; English proficiency with German as a plus; and leadership qualities with strong digital affinity, consumer orientation, and an appreciation for luxury trends, style, and colors.
