The client, a global fashion and lifestyle group in the luxury segment, is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead the development of a new global enterprise architecture team. This role will involve defining and owning the global enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the architecture governance process, developing a target-state architecture, and acting as a strategic advisor to C-Levels on IT investments.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record in complex, multi-brand, multi-country environments, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or retail. They should have deep expertise in enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, and Adobe, as well as experience designing for global scale while enabling local agility and brand differentiation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to influence at the C-level. Fluency in English is required, with other European languages considered a plus.
