the client is seeking an IT leader to define and lead the global vision for Sales IT, positioning technology as a key enabler of commercial growth, customer experience, and competitive advantage. In this role, you will drive large-scale, global transformation initiatives, including the harmonization and standardization of sales systems, processes, and data across regions and business units. You will also own and continuously evolve a complex, enterprise-wide sales technology ecosystem, such as CRM, CPQ, and product configuration, ensuring scalability, integration, and measurable business impact.

You will build and scale high-performing teams from the ground up, attracting talent and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and business partnership. The role includes leading distributed, multicultural teams across multiple geographies to create alignment and performance at global scale. As a strategic partner to Sales and senior leadership, you will shape technology roadmaps, prioritize demand, and translate business needs into technology solutions with clear outcomes.

Key responsibilities include establishing best-in-class governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and operational excellence across all sales platforms, as well as managing global vendors and strategic partners to drive delivery excellence, innovation, and value creation across the IT ecosystem. The successful applicant will bring extensive IT leadership experience in business-facing systems—ideally with a focus on sales, commercial applications, or customer-facing platforms—along with deep expertise in CRM capabilities and solid knowledge of pricing, tendering, CPQ, and product configuration environments. The role also requires demonstrated ability to define and execute global strategies, lead complex project and portfolio landscapes, communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, and operate in fast-paced, agile environments with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, with fluency in English for global collaboration.
