Senior Consultant International Transformation
Join a dynamic Strategy & Transformation team focused on driving international transformation initiatives for a global organization recently acquired by a large-cap private equity investor. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing international operations, enhancing performance, and shaping the strategic direction of the business. Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic commercial and operations projects that align with the client's long-term objectives.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the international transformation program, particularly in program management office (PMO) and analytics areas. You will act as a sparring partner for department leadership and project managers, manage your own workstreams and stakeholder relationships, conduct quantitative analyses, and present actionable insights. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing cross-program topics such as communication, reporting, and roadmaps, as well as establishing impact tracking and budget control systems. Mentoring interns and working students is also part of the role.
To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or in-house consulting, with strong analytical skills and the capability to manage complex topics. An independent, structured working style coupled with excellent communication skills is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Fluency in German and good English skills are needed, along with a willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
