The Director of the General Secretariat, Governance, and Student Life is responsible for ensuring the implementation of best governance practices in compliance with laws, regulations, and institutional policies. They oversee decision-making bodies to operate rigorously, transparently, and fairly, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, preservation of institutional records, and application of policies related to access to information and institutional ethics. Additionally, they lead and coordinate activities and services that promote the well-being, engagement, and success of the university community, fostering a sense of community and creating a healthy, inclusive, and inspiring learning and working environment.As a member of the senior management team and the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will actively participate in the University's strategic planning and implementation of key priorities. They will conduct strategic monitoring of current events and trends to identify opportunities and risks that could impact the institution, as well as support the Rectorate in institutional representation to various partners. Through collaborative and unifying leadership, the Director embodies the values of excellence, respect, justice, and service, in a spirit of openness, dialogue, and belief in human dignity, contributing to the University's visibility at local, national, and international levels.
