The client is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-visibility, adults-only lifestyle resort in Zakynthos. This role is responsible for overall resort performance, operations, and guest-facing positioning within an international hospitality group, operating on a seasonal, all-inclusive basis and serving an international leisure clientele with a strong UK market.
The General Manager will hold full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and driving GOP delivery. Key duties include driving revenue performance through sales strategy and demand optimization, ensuring strict cost control aligned with budget guidelines, and leading day-to-day hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Leisure to deliver service excellence. The role also focuses on ownership of guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and quality KPIs, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational SOPs.
In addition to operational leadership, the General Manager will implement corporate strategy and action plans, support continuous improvement initiatives, and share best practices across the region. The role involves leading, developing, and managing the leadership team and broader workforce, overseeing human capital planning, engagement, and performance, and preparing regular business reviews and executive reports. The successful candidate will have proven general management experience in a resort or leisure-focused hotel, a strong track record managing P&L and profitability, experience with seasonal operations and international guest mix, fluency in English (with Greek highly valued), and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
