This position will provide full ownership of strategy, execution, and financial performance for a key business unit.
Responsibilities include building and scaling a pipeline of acquisition and commercial opportunities, developing strategic relationships across multiple industry stakeholders, and leveraging data, analytics, and digital tools to evaluate opportunities, shape pricing strategies, and optimize decision-making. The role also oversees end-to-end operations, improving efficiency across logistics, refurbishment workflows, and quality control through structured and scalable processes.
The General Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that combine pricing, channel approach, and digital capabilities to maximize revenue and margins, and will implement tech-enabled operational frameworks to enhance traceability, performance monitoring, and automation. The role includes leading and growing cross-functional teams, owning the full P&L, defining and tracking data-driven KPIs such as unit economics, margins, inventory rotation, and service levels, and fostering accountability and continuous optimization.
