The client is seeking an experienced, results-oriented General Manager to lead an online media property. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence while driving growth and expanding market presence in the media and advertising space. The position blends business leadership, brand leadership, and a strong command of digital, multimedia, and advertising operations.
Key responsibilities include owning financial performance through effective P&L management, developing and executing a clear brand vision, and staying current on industry trends to refine target user profiles and improve brand awareness, reputation, and engagement. The General Manager will create and implement business strategy with defined KPIs, identify and prioritize opportunities across new markets, advertising channels, and media platforms, and lead high-performing teams to ensure consistent execution across functions. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership and other departments to align with group-wide initiatives and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing P&L with a track record of sustainable financial growth, along with substantial experience in online media and advertising (including familiarity with SEO and affiliate marketing). Knowledge of the crypto industry is essential, and iGaming experience is a plus.
