Key responsibilities include visiting major travel retail accounts and partners in the region and building strong working relationships, while also liaising with global headquarters to align regional execution with broader business direction. The position covers duty free travel retail across Asia Pacific, supporting performance across relevant retail channels and account types.
The ideal candidate will be based in Hong Kong and brings travel retail or duty free expertise with a bachelor’s degree minimum, with an MBA considered a plus. Experience of seven to ten years in travel retail/duty free is expected, along with strong English communication skills and additional language capabilities as a potential advantage. The role requires excellent organization and prioritization, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel), and comfort operating in a multicultural, international environment.
