The General Manager Transformation role has been created to support the next phase of our client's development by translating strategic goals into tangible results. This role will oversee business development, revenue generation, enterprise improvement, programme management, and IT and digital transformation, balancing practical engagement with strategic leadership to advance complex initiatives and strengthen performance.As an enterprise-wide leader, the GM Transformation will collaborate with investment, operations, and support functions to build on established priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role will play a key role in our client's evolution as a market-facing, commercially integrated organisation, ensuring that the organisation remains competitive and successful in a rapidly changing business environment.
