The GM - Transformation & Business Services role was created as part of a strategy refresh to drive revenue growth and profitability for our client. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for overseeing the strategy process and leading the Finance, HSEQ, People & Culture, Digital, and Portfolio Management functions as a unified team. The GM will establish a shared service model to translate strategy into delivery, improve process maturity, and enhance support for operational teams. Additionally, the GM will assist with governance activities such as Company Secretary, board Committee, and board meeting actions.This three-year fixed term role is focused on transformation and aims to create lasting impact within our client. By the end of the term, the GM is expected to have built a strong foundation for future growth and success, with opportunities for further development and expansion.
