The successful applicant for this role will have a background in mechanical or industrial engineering, with experience in general management or operations within the electromechanical sector. Strong P&L and commercial acumen are required, along with a focus on talent development and succession planning. Experience in the building/construction sector, particularly with HVAC systems, elevators/lifts, automation, or building infrastructure, is highly desirable. Fluency in Swedish and English is also necessary for this position.
