The General Manager, Service Delivery will be responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable operation of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater services within the network. This role will involve leading the consolidation of transferring Council teams into one regional operation, transforming current service delivery models into a more efficient and effective model, and setting service standards for the community. Additionally, the General Manager will be tasked with leading incident and emergency response efforts to ensure the continuous provision of vital infrastructure services.The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong sense of place and a genuine desire to serve the community by managing essential infrastructure services. They will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will play a crucial role in building the operational engine of the organization.
