The client, a well-established firm with a property development division, is recruiting an experienced general manager for a major residential development project on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will oversee the development lifecycle from concept and design through construction and handover, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and compliant with quality and regulatory standards. They will hold full responsibility for the project's profit and loss, managing budgets, cash flow, and capital expenditure, as well as implementing cost control measures and optimizing revenue through effective pricing and inventory management.
In addition to financial management, the role involves providing strategic direction to the sales and marketing teams to ensure strong branding, effective campaigns, and excellent customer service throughout the buyer experience.
