The client is seeking a General Manager to take full responsibility for the performance and development of its Czech business in a specialized, high-potential air filtration segment. The role will lead commercial growth, shape strategic direction, and drive overall business performance, ensuring strategic goals are defined and executed while maintaining balanced and profitable commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include full P&L accountability, managing budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support financial stability and growth. The role will develop and drive market-oriented strategies for the air filtration business, strengthen the company’s market positioning through proactive commercial leadership and customer focus, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to secure support for strategy and execution. The General Manager will implement robust follow-up processes and KPI structures, evaluate organizational capabilities, identify development priorities, and support talent development and leadership strength while ensuring alignment with the client’s Vision 2030.
Qualifications include proven professional experience in HVAC or technical facility management and an established track record in sales and/or marketing of technical building equipment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities, demonstrated leadership experience guiding teams, a track record of achieving sales growth and strategic business objectives, and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Fluent English is expected, and the role is expected to represent the client in the external market.
