Client is seeking a General Manager to take full responsibility for business performance and development in a specialized, high-potential air filtration operation in the Czech Republic. The role will lead commercial growth, shape strategic direction, and drive overall business results, with a focus on setting and delivering strategic goals for the Czech business.
Key responsibilities include owning full P&L performance, managing budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to support stability and growth. The General Manager will develop and execute market-oriented strategies, strengthen company positioning through proactive commercial leadership and customer focus, and manage key internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment and support for strategy execution. The role also includes implementing robust follow-up processes and KPI structures, evaluating organizational capabilities, identifying development priorities, and supporting talent development and leadership strength.
Candidates should bring proven professional experience in HVAC or technical facility management, along with a strong sales and/or marketing track record for technical building equipment solutions. The ideal profile includes experienced people leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
