The General Manager People, Capability & Equity will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization by overseeing the development of the people and capability architecture. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for ensuring our client can continue to provide exceptional community care while growing and adapting to meet future challenges. While operational HR falls within the portfolio, this role is focused on strategic organizational development, requiring a leader who can think systemically, build capability across a large and complex workforce, and embed inclusive and equitable practices as a core organizational commitment.The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in organizational development and leadership, with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
