The client seeks a General Manager for North America to spearhead operations across the U.S. and Canada during a critical phase of growth. This role will support expansion by driving brand awareness and increasing market share through strategic planning and execution aligned with the brand’s values of inclusivity, innovation, and integrity.

Key responsibilities include leading regional business operations and strategy in collaboration with global leadership; developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and consumer base; and driving omnichannel development while expanding wholesale opportunities and managing sales activities across all channels. The role also involves building and mentoring a high-performing, diverse team, supporting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, and overseeing regional financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to optimize resources and profitability.

The ideal candidate will bring proven general management experience in the beauty or wellness industry, with demonstrated success in brand growth and team leadership. They should have strong knowledge of the North American market, consumer behavior, and the retail landscape, along with strategic execution capability in a fast-paced environment and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building across cultures and functions. An entrepreneurial mindset with structured, analytical problem-solving is expected, as is a commitment to the brand’s mission of inclusivity, wellbeing, and environmental sustainability; remote work is possible with flexibility for travel as needed to meet business objectives.
