The client is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a chain of seven fast food locations in the Miami area. This role also supports concept expansion through strategic initiatives that may include opening new locations and launching marketing efforts designed to increase brand visibility and strengthen customer loyalty. The General Manager will develop and execute district-level strategies to ensure each location meets financial, operational, and customer-service objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing district-wide strategies to achieve financial and operational goals while addressing the strengths and challenges of each location. The General Manager will lead and mentor store managers to maintain strong operational performance and deliver an excellent customer experience, acting as a resource for resolving customer service issues. The role also involves driving growth by identifying new market opportunities and implementing marketing initiatives, while overseeing core operations such as staffing, inventory management, P&L accountability, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience managing multi-unit fast food or quick-service restaurant operations with financial and operational oversight of multiple stores. They have demonstrated success leading managers through coaching, training, and team development, and bring problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills to balance short-term operational demands with long-term strategic growth.
