the client is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to oversee a complex, regulated production environment within an aseptic facility. This critical leadership role will provide end-to-end accountability for manufacturing, engineering, and operational support functions during a period of growth and expansion. Reporting to senior global leadership, you will be responsible for manufacturing strategy, operational performance, and organizational capability.
The role will drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, efficiency optimization, and the adoption of best practices, including oversight of expansion and capacity enhancement initiatives. You will oversee budgeting, capital investments, and resource allocation to improve productivity, optimize costs, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. You will also build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams through talent development, succession planning, and performance management, while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
You will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and quality systems, overseeing documentation, training, and quality control processes and driving continuous improvement in both compliance and operational standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline, with advanced qualifications in business or relevant scientific fields as an advantage, and extensive experience in manufacturing or engineering within regulated industries, preferably aseptic environments. Strong strategic decision-making, demonstrated operational efficiency improvements, solid knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, and experience leading large cross-functional teams are expected, along with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
