We are seeking a General Manager with strategic vision and international experience to lead a 5-star all-inclusive luxury resort in Corfu, Greece. This role demands full operational responsibility for the resort, ensuring adherence to brand standards and optimizing financial performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, local teams, and corporate offices. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire resort operation, implementing sales strategies, controlling costs, and managing budgets. Additionally, the candidate will ensure compliance with brand standards and quality KPIs, and lead the development of teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
The role involves maintaining effective relationships with owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders, as well as preparing executive reports and conducting financial analysis for regional leadership. The successful candidate will monitor and execute action plans to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in international settings. A degree in Hospitality, Business, or Finance is required, along with leadership, strategic vision, financial acumen, and adaptability in multicultural environments. Knowledge of the Greek market and experience in managing seasonal destinations are advantageous. Fluency in English is essential, and Greek language skills are highly valued.
This position offers a competitive annual salary, with accommodation provided to support relocation. A performance-based bonus is available to reward achievements, and the role includes an annual contract, operating 8 to 9 months of the year.
