A Chinese-speaking candidate is needed to relocate to Cambodia for a property management role in Phnom Penh. Our client is a subsidiary of a major Cambodian group with diverse businesses in banking, real estate, hospitality, consumer goods, and food & beverage. The role involves overseeing and approving commercial and operational activities, managing budgets, tenant rent statements, financial analysis, property/facility management, client reporting, vendor management, and staff supervision. The successful applicant should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in commercial real estate, at least 10 years of experience in property management, accounting and budgeting skills, strong organizational and management abilities, and excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
