The General Manager, Finance and Corporate Services is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic leadership across the Associations corporate, financial and enabling functions. Reporting to the CEO, the role ensures the organization is supported by strong financial stewardship, effective governance and contemporary operating systems that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities in a sustainable way. This role plays a critical enterprise?wide enabling function, leading the evolution of the organization's corporate structures, financial model and digital capability.With a strong focus on modernization, the General Manager will drive significant transformation initiatives, including CRM renewal, uplift in financial data and analytics, process automation, responsible AI integration, and the ongoing strengthening of cyber security and business resilience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The General Manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
