The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of strategic financial leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to purpose-driven impact, with qualifications such as CA or CPA and a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.
As a key partner to the CEO, the General Manager Finance & Corporate Services will drive enterprise-wide growth, ensure financial sustainability, and shape the organization's future direction. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning, providing accurate financial reporting to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee, overseeing compliance, audits, and risk management frameworks, and developing sustainable funding strategies. The successful candidate will have prior exposure to the FMCG, supply chain, or not-for-profit sectors, as well as proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive operational efficiency.
