Key responsibilities include budget planning and overall P&L ownership within the designated scope, as well as leading the business units for monitoring and guarding. The role supports digital transformation and the expansion of a modern, scalable service portfolio, with a clear emphasis on sales and market development through analysis of target customers, monitoring of market trends, and tracking competitor activity. It also involves building a future-ready performance portfolio for monitoring and security services, developing and maintaining partner networks, and providing regular reporting to the group’s management while collaborating closely with central internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate holds a degree, ideally in fields such as computer science, business informatics, security technology, or a comparable qualification. It is expected that the candidate has multi-year experience leading transformation projects, preferably within the security sector, in control room operations, or in related areas such as telecommunications or call centers, along with solid knowledge of security and risk reporting technology and relevant control room processes. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are required, supported by an entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation (including experience with key customers), innovation readiness, analytical ability, and enjoyment in shaping change. Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is also required.
