The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the enterprise-wide planning and performance frameworks of our client, ensuring alignment, transparency, and confident decision-making. They will lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) to establish consistent project governance practices across different departments and provide executive and Board-level insights to support accountability and long-term sustainability. Additionally, the role involves managing corporate information and records management frameworks to ensure compliance, integrity, and access to high-quality organizational information, while promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the Trust.The successful candidate will play a key role in maturing the EPMO and embedding best practices in project governance to drive organizational success. They will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and ensuring that all activities are in line with our client's goals and objectives. The General Manager will also be tasked with fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance and integrity in corporate information and records management.
