The General Manager will be responsible for leading our client's Electrical business unit through a period of transition and growth. They will work closely with the President & CEO to develop and execute a strategy to increase market share and expand into new markets. This will involve identifying opportunities for expansion, ensuring the team is equipped to drive growth, and developing commercial and operational plans to support these efforts.The GM will oversee a team of 40 employees and will be tasked with developing the capabilities and structure needed to achieve the company's growth objectives. They will also be responsible for implementing the right pricing, product, and marketing strategies to drive success in the marketplace.
