the client is seeking a growth-focused leader to take charge of end-to-end business performance across sales, projects, and service within the building, electromechanical, and industrial solutions space. This role will provide full responsibility for driving growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening operational performance through ownership of key commercial outcomes, including P&L.
The role will involve developing and growing the business through active market development and client engagement, while building relationships across the construction ecosystem, including architects, engineers, and contractors. You will oversee project execution teams supporting installation and new build activities, and will lead and scale a service and maintenance organization, covering after-sales support, repairs, and recurring revenue.
The successful applicant will have a background in engineering or technical environments, along with experience in business development or commercial roles related to construction, building systems, or industrial sectors. Experience in project-based settings and in managing or coordinating service and maintenance activities is expected, supported by strong leadership potential with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with P&L or business unit responsibility is considered a strong advantage.
