The General Manager position at Provelcos involves leading all aspects of the company's operations, supplier engagement, commercial performance, and strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the Board and Chair, the role requires a hands-on, commercially focused approach to maintaining and growing relationships with deer farmers nationwide, ensuring operational excellence during the peak season, and strengthening Provelcos market position. A key aspect of the role is to grow supply by building trust-based relationships with existing and new farmers, maintaining year-round engagement, and leading seasonal pricing, negotiations, and communication.In addition to managing supplier relationships, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing the Wigram processing facility. This includes ensuring production reliability, factory workflow, seasonal staffing, and compliance with all regulated processing requirements. The role requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, strategic planning, and leadership in order to drive the success of Provelcos operations and maintain a competitive market position.
