The General Manager is the single point of accountability for quality and readiness across the client’s portfolio. This includes ownership of people, processes, vendors, and outcomes to ensure homes are prepared to a consistently high standard, guest experiences are handled with professionalism, and homeowner relationships are protected through reliable execution and disciplined operational standards.

This is a senior, high-judgment leadership position suited to an operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments. The General Manager will lead a small team and coordinate a larger distributed bench of contractors with precision, clarity, and authority, reporting directly to the client’s leadership and exercising autonomy with accountability over day-to-day operations.
