In the role of General Manager, you will lead a transformation process in a dynamic SME environment, managing multiple clients, brands, and projects. You will take full responsibility for operational leadership, organizational management, and driving growth. This position emphasizes establishing clear direction, streamlining workflows, and strengthening accountability across Benelux entities.
You will provide leadership across teams by reviewing, structuring, and streamlining responsibilities while ensuring effective day-to-day operations. You will maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients and support business development. You will also ensure the quality, timeliness, and scientific and marketing relevance of all deliverables, providing senior-level insight during presentations, meetings, and strategic initiatives, while supporting scientific and regulatory consistency across the full project lifecycle.
In addition, you will oversee teams coordinating congresses, symposia, webinars, and medical publications. The role is expected to combine senior leadership with P&L ownership, crisis management, and proven experience in organizational transformation. You will be able to thrive in fast-paced, multi-brand, multi-project environments with an assertive management style, strong analytical decision-making, and the ability to drive change. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
