The General Manager International, Europe, Middle East and Africa will be responsible for leading and managing experienced Australian and locally engaged teams in these regions. They will be a key member of a global network, reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Trade and Investment based in Australia. The role involves collaborating with counterparts in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Australian state and territory governments to drive trade and investment opportunities.The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to promote Australian products and services in the target regions, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and potential investors. The General Manager will play a crucial role in advancing Australia's economic interests in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and will need to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to succeed in this dynamic and challenging role.
