The General Manager Antarctic Heritage will report to the Executive Director and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. The role involves overseeing a large-scale building and conservation programme in Antarctica, managing the full project cycle from design to on-site delivery. This includes managing historic sites on Ross Island and shaping the Trust's work at Cape Adare, ensuring heritage outcomes are delivered to international standards.The role requires strong leadership skills to manage a small specialist team and an international technical design team. The General Manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the Trust's mission is achieved. This is a challenging and logistically complex role that requires strategic leadership and operational delivery of the Antarctic heritage programme.
