The General Manager of Red Shores will report to the Chief Player Experience Officer and be a part of the Executive Leadership Team at Atlantic Lottery. This role involves developing and implementing long-term strategies for the Charlottetown and Summerside properties, overseeing financial performance, operations, and guest experience. The GM will lead all core functions such as gaming, racing, food & beverage, and facilities, while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for sustainable growth. Collaboration with regulators and provincial partners is essential to ensure governance and compliance, as well as leading infrastructure and development initiatives to position Red Shores as a top entertainment destination in Atlantic Canada.The GM will be responsible for building a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, community engagement, and responsible gaming practices. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to drive sustainable success for Red Shores through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
