Provide high-impact leadership for the Korea market within the client, including full ownership of growth, profitability, and market performance. Lead the overall business strategy and turnaround and growth efforts for a distributor-led business, ensuring strong revenue, margin, and EBIT delivery. Develop and execute annual and long-term strategic plans aligned to regional and global objectives.
Own end-to-end P&L delivery and lead commercial functions across sales, marketing, customer development, and demand planning. Manage and optimize distributor partnerships to strengthen market execution and drive expansion. Set and execute pricing, channel, and portfolio strategies to capture opportunities, while driving brand growth through localized marketing, innovation, and adaptation of global campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain and finance stakeholders, and represent the Korea business in regional and global forums and external industry engagements. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team with a strong growth and performance culture. Qualifications include a degree in a commercial or business-related field, substantial FMCG experience with significant commercial leadership exposure, distributor and export-market experience, strong understanding of the Korea retail landscape, strong financial and P&L acumen, marketing experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills, including crisis management; proficiency in English and the relevant local business language is expected.
