The client is seeking a General Manager to lead the Copia campus leadership role with responsibility for strategic positioning, operational excellence, and financial performance. This position supports guest experience growth across the Copia and Greystone campuses, and plays a key role in advancing the client’s broader Napa Valley strategy through executive leadership, entrepreneurial vision, and hands-on operational management.
The General Manager will drive cross-campus strategy and business planning focused on guest experience and revenue growth. The role includes full P&L responsibility for Copia and oversight of revenue-generating operations such as events, retail, food and beverage, facilities, and hospitality, while building and leading high-performing teams grounded in accountability and a guest-first service culture. The General Manager will also serve as an ambassador for the Napa Valley destination, cultivating partnerships that strengthen brand visibility and support growth.
The ideal candidate is a hospitality executive with 10+ years of experience leading complex, revenue-driven operations and cross-functional teams. The role requires demonstrated success in P&L leadership, revenue growth, partnerships, and operational execution, with strategic and financially astute leadership across events, retail, food and beverage, and guest experience. Preferred experience may include luxury hospitality, destination venues, property management, and business ownership, with performance measured by growth, profitability, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, partnership outcomes, and team performance.
