The General Counsel (GC) at CASA is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, overseeing the Legal Division and providing strategic legal advice to the Chief Executive Officer/Director of Aviation Safety. Additionally, the GC represents CASA and the CEO/DAS in high-level engagements with industry stakeholders, government officials, other National Aviation Authorities, legal professionals, and the broader community.As the GC, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of legal professionals, providing guidance on complex legal issues, and overseeing the development and implementation of legal strategies within CASA.
