Responsibilities include coordinating monthly and quarterly closings, conducting analyses on trends in revenue, costs, investments, working capital, and cash flow, and serving as a financial business partner for various departments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for improving cash flow planning, optimizing working capital management, and enhancing processes and systems, including data visualization and dashboarding.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with additional certifications being a plus. They should have at least 10 years of experience in an international production-focused environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar FP&A, controlling, or related role. Strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex data, and experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP are required. Proficiency in English and Dutch is also necessary. This is a 6-month on-site assignment, with occasional travel required.
