Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) is looking for a Program Director to lead the launch of the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) and Doctor of Healthcare Administration (DHA) degrees. The ideal candidate will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for the programs, focusing on teaching excellence, student success, curriculum innovation, and accreditation compliance. This role reports to the Dean of the College of Medical Sciences and will be responsible for designing a high-quality curriculum, launching the program successfully, and positioning SCU as a leader in healthcare administration education.The Program Director will work closely with university leadership, faculty, healthcare organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders to ensure that graduates are prepared to lead healthcare organizations and improve healthcare delivery systems. The program is expected to be offered fully online, providing access to high-quality distance education while meeting accreditation requirements.
