The General Manager will be responsible for bringing a vision to life by leading operations, shaping programs, and building a culture that reflects values of community, connection to nature, transformation through experience, fun, learning, challenge, and care for Country. The role will span two phases: Establishment (2026-2027) and Operations (2028 onwards), with responsibilities including shaping founding elements, marketing to key markets, building systems, preparing programs, and overseeing day-to-day leadership of facilities, staff, programs, and guest experiences.Candidates for this position should be highly engaged by the big picture and eager to position our client as a world-leading center for regenerative learning and collective growth.
