Fondation Le Grammont is a Swiss charitable foundation established in 2023. It supports projects both nationally and internationally across three key pillars: Ocean and rainforest ecosystems, Social inclusion, and Culture and creativity.
The client is seeking a Foundation Manager who will coordinate and expand the foundations philanthropic activities. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships aligned with the foundations mission. Responsibilities include program management, grantmaking, operations, strategy development, board support, and stakeholder relations.
Required qualifications and skills for the role include a Masters degree in a relevant field, 5-10 years of professional experience (including at least 2 years in a similar role within a philanthropic foundation or NGO), strong analytical and organizational skills, knowledge of marine and ocean sciences is a plus, excellent written and spoken German and English (basic French skills required), and a high level of integrity and commitment to philanthropic values. Position is based in Switzerland.
