The Food and Nutrition Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 100 staff members across three sites in the Beausejour area. This role involves coordinating all food and nutrition services to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery while aligning local practices with regional priorities. The Manager will report to the Directorate of Food and Nutrition Services and Environmental Services, and will play a key role in fostering continuous improvement within the department.This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact service quality, food safety, operational performance, and the overall patient experience. The Manager will be tasked with modernizing practices, implementing quality management strategies, and leading regional initiatives to enhance the delivery of food and nutrition services. Based primarily at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Beausjour, the role may also involve occasional travel within the Network's territory to support operations across different sites.
