The role focuses on ensuring compliance for third-party arrangements, evaluating program-related risks, and providing guidance that supports bank-wide projects involving fintech oversight and new product or system offerings.

Key responsibilities include evaluating vendor and fintech-related contracts for compliance and risk management considerations; identifying, analyzing, and communicating risks tied to new and existing fintech leads, third parties, third-party products, product channels, and significant product changes; and evaluating and monitoring third-party vendor performance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and applicable bank and industry standards.
