The Finance Manager will oversee the finance department, ensuring the secure management of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UGB and IFRS standards. They will act as a sparring partner for country management and collaborate with an external tax advisor on general ledger topics. The role includes responsibility for liquidity planning, cash management, and working capital, as well as serving as an interface to global finance and contributing to international cooperation. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in the SAP S/4HANA release and drive the further development, structuring, and professionalization of local finance processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in managing financial statements and working with UGB and IFRS standards. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and a track record of driving process improvements in finance departments is highly desirable.
